Bio

After graduating from Duke University, I spent nearly a decade living in Jackson, Wyoming. After reading James McManus's article about his run to the final table in the main event of the 2000 World Series of Poker, I started playing cards, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Career:

After writing for the Jackson Hole News for several years, I entered the seedy and incestual world of poker writing in hopes of producing the next Positively Fifth Street. In 2005 I wrote and published All In: The (Almost) Entirely True Story of the World Series of Poker along with Jonathan Grotenstein. In 2006 I covered the World Series writing a blog for Full Tilt Poker. I am also a regular contributor to All In magazine.

Interests and Hobbies
