Bio
After studying physics at Caltech, working for an optics
company, and running a private tutoring business, I started
playing poker professionally. Well, presently, it seems that
I spend most of my time writing about poker instead of playing.
I’m also listed as a statistical gaming consultant at
www.gamingmath.com.

Interests and Hobbies
Poker, tennis, table tennis, pool, basketball, music, video
games, reading, and pretty much anything else that won’t
land me in jail or in the hospital.
Writing
I have partnered with John Vorhaus to provide new material
for the Killer Poker series. I wrote Killer Poker by the
Numbers (release date Jan. 2007) and co-wrote Killer
Poker Shorthanded (tentative release date Oct. 2007)
with John Vorhaus. I am currently working on my third book,
Tournament Killer Poker by the Numbers.
