		<description>I checked with the local zoning board and it seems they are going to make sure the pool is heated by tunneling down to the magma layer under the earth's crust.  The noise should abate soon as when the reach a sufficient depth they will just detonate a small tactical nuclear device to get the depth they need.  It shouldn't irradiate the place to badly and they figure the radioactive glow will illuminate the pool at night.</description>
